Bell Pepper Freshness Test

Test Date: April, 2003

Test term: March 28th through April 9th (preserved at room temperature for 14 days)
Slice 3 bell peppers into halves. Soak each one in Pursanova™ water and tap water. Then wrap with plastic (temperature at 16 degrees Celsius)
