Is drinking Pursanova™ water important to my wellness?

Think of a water pipe that is clogged with rust. Water running through the pipe will wash away some of the rust that is stuck in the pipe lining but the flow of water is restricted because the size of the passage in the pipe is reduced by the rust. What is oxidation and why does it occur?
